HOUR OF CODE IS A BIG SUCCESS!

CBRSD jumped on  the bandwagon during Computer Science week and almost every student from K-6 took part in the Hour of Code. Organized by Code.org, it's a one-hour introduction to computer science designed to demystify code and show that anybody can learn the basics. Students and teachers alike were enthusiastic, and could see the educational value of coding at all grade levels. Many of our teachers are now incorporating coding into their daily instruction.
